Photograph shows the Blagoveshchensky (Annunciation) Bridge which was called the Nikolaevsky Bridge from 1855 to 1918 in honor of Tsar Nicholas I. It was the first permanent bridge built across the Neva River in Saint Petersburg, Russia. (Source: Flickr Commons project, 2011)
