Summary
Vinnytsya, Hrushevskoho street 17. This house was built in 1910-1920 by architects H.H. Artynov and V.A. Prusakov. According to the project the Circuit Court was an addition of the house of the Town Council. In the sixties of 20 cen. the second floor was added.
